Ben has always had a love of sport and fitness from a very young age, playing football to a high standard and still playing football to this day. After being an unfit and over weight child, in his early teens he took the first steps to changing the way he looked. This ended up with him exercising religiously and this is where his passion for fitness first ignited.
At the age of 18 Ben became one of the youngest people in England to hold the qualification to enable him to pursue his passion to become a personal trainer. After completing his level 3 diploma in personal training he soon moved from strength to strength and gained vast experience and recognition along the way. |

Ben first started working for virgin health clubs where he spent nearly 5 years training people of all different ages and abilities and where he built up a great relationship with his clients and inevitably got outstanding results along the way which he is continuing to do this to this day.
He joined easyfit in March 2009 because he believes that he can make a difference to peoples lives not just through training but the attitude in which he delivers his training.
He gives everything he can to each client in every session and listens to their needs. He does this in an easy manor and this approach produces his client’s fantastic results.
Ben also runs one of Manchester boot camps very successfully which allows him to see results in both one to one training as well as group situations. |

I would highly recommend Ben as a trainer to anyone no matter what level of fitness they are starting from. All the workouts are progressive so you are constantly moving forward and it's only when you look back to your starting point that you realise how far you've come. For the first three months I definitely felt myself getting fitter and changing shape but for the last two months I've felt like a completely different person! I know how corny that sounds but never having been this fit before, believe me it feels pretty good!
My advice to anyone thinking about hiring a personal fitness trainer is to just do it! Stick with the programme and the results come quite quickly. Having a trainer isn't a short cut - they can't do it for you, you still have to put in a lot of effort very regularly (and after a hard day at work it's easy to look for excuses). I'd also throw away the scales - if you stick to the plan you won't need them - and because muscle weighs heavy it can make you feel as though you are going backwards if you look at them too often. You'll know if you're on track by your clothes.
Once again, a very big thank you, Ben. I know it has been a struggle at times as I am completely uncoordinated and cannot tell left from right and this has challenged both of us at times!
