Hi Tom,

Do you really mean 2g for each lb of body weight? IE 200lb man need to eat 400g of protein?

Graham always talked about 2g per kg of body weight

Great Video :)

Excellent article! However, there is 1 inaccurate comment re drinks in schools in item 6. The School Food Trust code of practice for drinks in schools required all drinks to be either pure juice, water or a combination of the 2 with at least 50% fruit juice and no drinks may contain any added sugar or sweeteners.

Coke essentially pulled out of the school meals sector when these regulations came in as it was not worth their while creating bespoke products to meet the requirements of a small niche market.

Hi

Can you please post the information about fish oils as my husband has been told to take it for arthritis and we need to know which one to buy - I suggested cod liver oil, but it sounds like that one would not be a good idea.

Thanks

These breakfasts are aimed at people wanting to lose bodyfat. They do contain CHO (carbohydrate) but in the quantity needed to promote fat loss and reduce inflammation in the body. If you would like more information please feel free to contact us for a free nutritional workshop.

Hi Shane

Thanks for your question

This is not instead of fish oil, this needs to be additional one. Both are important. Just in terms of the fish oi; cod liver oil is not the best choice as it contains many heavy metal which are toxic to us. We will be writing an post about fish oil soon which will give you loads in information about fish oils, their importance and the best types.

Thanks

This is the first email I have recieved from you so I don't know if I have missed some info from previous weeks but, who are these breakfasts aimed at? And i am concerned that they are being promoted as 'healthy' breakfasts but contain no CHO.
