"When giving up a heavy smoking habit I turned to food for comfort, whilst this helped me curb the cravings I only ended up substituting one habit for another becoming more and more overweight and unhappy with my body. I spent months going to bed each night promising myself that I would 'definitely go to the gym tomorrow', but when tomorrow came I always had an excuse not to go. I started by combining bootcamp with some personal training sessions and whilst I was quite nervous about what lay ahead Lisa immediately put my mind to rest.
