Rachel’s passion for health and fitness began at a very young age with numerous family walking and mountain biking holidays (see picture).
Sport has always been the focus of Rachel's life having competed at regional level in both netball and tennis.
Rachel now splits her time between practising Physiotherapy and helping people achieve their goals through personal training.
She will guarantee you results.
