Sally has always been involved in sport from a very early age and has represented Manchester Schools and Clubs in netball and tennis.
She started her career in health and fitness in 2002 when she qualified as a Remedial massage therapist and started work in various health and sports clubs in the Midlands. She later qualified as a sports therapist in 2005 which gave her the extra skills and knowledge to work directly with sports people.
Sally then moved to Cumbria where she spent 2 and a half years with an amateur rugby union team working closely with the coaching staff developing training systems, advising on exercise technique and injury prevention, as well at the treatment and rehabilitation of injuries.
She has continued her professional development throughout the years and has attended numerous courses in the prevention and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries.
Her experience with the rugby team encouraged her to pursue her desire in helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. In 2009 she completed her Master Trainer qualification at the Australian Institute of Fitness where she was awarded the Institute Energizer Award for her energy, enthusiasm and effervescence.
Her bright and friendly personality together with a genuine passion for her job has accelerated her success within the industry over a short period of time.
