Simon has had a great interest In sport from a very young age, starting gymnastics from the age of 4 Winning regional’s at 14 and carried on to represent Great Britain. He has ran and played squash for Lancashire following his love for sport he studied and further educated himself in the field of sport/exercise and has helped coach some of Britain’s elite Gymnasts.

 

Simon believes in perfection and takes a professional approach when training clients correcting posture, perfecting nutrition and tailoring programmes whilst focusing on the clients ‘your’ goal.
 

Simon is a committed trainer who goes above and beyond the call of duty to get his clients to their goal.
