Welcome to Strongman (or woman) Training. This is the exercise session that includes activities such as tyre flipping, sled dragging, tug of war, farmers walks, log carrying and car pushing. This type of activity may conjure up images of Geoff Capes sweating, but Geoff was clearly on the ball. Strongman Training is challenging but it is also highly rewarding and great fun.

 

Our lives are spent lifting, carrying and squatting yet the exercises that most people perform in the gym are one dimensional and bear little or no resemblance to how we actually live.

 

Strongman Training is multidirectional, relies on moving and exercising the whole body and is a fantastic choice for everyone – from athletes to the elderly.

 

Easyfit’s Strength and Conditioning expert Andy Hibbert explains:
“Using strongman training will blast anyone who has hit a plateau with their training. We achieve phenomenal results in strength and fat loss, as well as for those people who want to achieve that cutting edge in their sport!”
