Tom Bies

 

After three years as a practising physiotherapist, Tom moved to England in 2005 to pursue a career as a Personal Trainer.

 

As a Health and Fitness Consultant he believes that his responsibility is to give advice on how to improve wellbeing and empower you to lead healthier lives.

 

Tom is inspired by his job and his satisfaction comes from coaching people to enhance their existing performance. He is committed to excellence and has the tools to lead you every step of the way to achieving your personal goals and having fun at the same time.

I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis ten months ago. Tom helped me every step of the way on my road to recovery. There was never a moment's doubt in his mind that I would race again, and whilst my Doctors were advising me that I would always have difficulty in walking, Tom was booking me in for my next 10km race and writing my exercise plan so that I could start to work towards running a marathon!!!!!!!

 

I am a Musician by career - a pianist, so at present Tom's busy designing an exercise plan to help develop the strength in my arms and upper body. Our aim is to enhance my existing performance as a pianist and open up a whole new repertoire. We're already starting to see results there too!
