So why are people so happy training with easyfit?
Many people have questions about whether the course is right for them - hear from clients who have been there and done that, to answer the most popular issues.
What three things most appealed to you about the course?
The group training.
The Trainer Content of programme.
Getting fit, losing weight and learning about training.
I have been trying to lose this 10lbs for years and Mark was positive I would see results. I liked the idea of training with others. All the additional advice I would receive.
Training with other folks, learning different machines to use and dietary advice.
Being part of a training group. Receiving new information - diet, hormonal, supplements. Being made to work hard in the circuits.
1. Training with a group 2. Circuit and strength style training - before the course I was aware I didn't exercise in these ways but knew they were beneficial. 3. Regular training
Weight Loss, Planned Sessions, Being part of a Team.
Trainers were good lads, seemed sustainable as a fitness/ weight loss programme, seemed to be brutal enough to make a difference.
Diet, exercise, help from trainers.
Group training, day time course, encouraging trainers.
Training method, Nutrition advice, small group training
The intensity - three sessions a week. Being in a like-minded group. Having committed personal trainers to drive us on.
Results, results & results.
Motivation to get me going. Getting the results that i have failed to do on my own! Sorting myself out for next summer!
Group sessions with Team Mates spurring you on. Keen to keep up the fitness momentum with the follow on course. The Easyfit trainers.
The guaranteed results. Training in a group. The nutritional advice and support.
Lose 2 dress sizes in 2 months. Cost - cheaper than personal training. Diet, plus fitness training sessions.
What concerns did you have about signing up? Why did you finally decide to take the course?
Mainly commitment due to work priorities but early times in day worked
No concerns
The cost. I was unable to train on a Monday.
Group classes are £199 for 8 weeks – 3 sessions per week plus masses of support material including food plans, articles, recipe books, videos - For more information, men click here and women click here
I thought it would be for "meatheads" it should be portrayed, more as a circuit training course, for any standard, and not aimed at body builders- the poster is misleading. My wife talked me into it.
Fantastic feedback – the course definitely isn’t for meatheads.
Cost - would it be worth it, when I already pay a monthly subscription and attend the gym regularly.
Decided to sign up as I thought it would make me do some different type of training as I had not done any classes for a long time and needed a change, as well as needing to lose weight.
I decided to take the course as I initially wanted to attempt to lose weight, and wanted the plan and motivation to do this.
I wasn't sure if I could afford it and whether I would be able to balance the course with my workload but I felt I needed to do something positive to get fitter and lose some weight so that's why I ended up joining.
I needed to make a change in my life and this was an ideal opportunity.
Could I do three mornings every week for eight weeks...I was being unduly negative...anything ever worth having did not come easy.
Needed to be monitored and helped with diet.
Nutrition aspects. Kick start my fitness.
No concerns-cost effective.
Your marketing uses images of the perfect youthful physique. As a fat middle aged man, that image was not one that drew me in, and I have an immediate feeling that the course wasn't intended for people like me. I now believe that is it exactly people like me that should be signing up, and I just have a feeling that you might be putting some of your target audience off. In the end, I received an email a few days before the course and just thought 'what the hell'!
Again fantastic feedback – the course isn’t for meatheads.
Would I be able to see it through? I was more likely to do this than something on my own. Plus I didn't really know what to do - previous attempts had failed.
The early starts, keeping my attendance up. What made my mind up was if i really wanted to make a change I needed to just get on with it!
Worried I may not like the team element / get on with the group. I thought the benefits outweighed my concerns.
No concerns. Needed extra motivation to help lose the weight I had gained after my wedding.
No real concerns - just decided it was time to put words into action!
Many times we stop ourselves doing something great – the solution – just go for it and take action!
I was concerned that the training may be too difficult but the lady I spoke to on the phone when I signed up convinced me that it would be ideal for most levels.
Initially very sceptical as I have yoyo dieted for years with poor results. Have in the past regularly gone to the gym ( & even used a personal trainer at a different gym) but again had poor results. I decided to join after speaking to the trainers Dave Holt & Richard Malpass. They both had a wealth of knowledge about healthy eating & fitness which they were happy to share, very patient & very encouraging.
Whether or not I could do the exercise programme with an existing injury/weakness. Also the impact of Christmas and existing commitments may prevent attendance. I spoke to Steve/Graham for information and reassurance, so finally decided to go ahead. The main driver was the results achieved by others.
How unfit I was. I was worried i wouldn't be able to do/complete it. I had to do course to get me out of a rut!
The course
If 9-10 why is it so good? If 7-8 what would it take for this to become 9-10? If 6 or less, why?
Spur each other on. Camaraderie.
Because the coaches push you.
Very good personal attention , lots of good advice on diets and muscle building, a bit like boot camp, but then we need that.
I am very happy to say that the training was so good because of Andy's energy, planning of the sessions and the attention he paid to us all. From very early on in the course, Andy understood us and was able to see when we needed encouragement or assistance. He was then able to ensure we all got the most out of the courses whilst making them fun and varied.
I loved having an opportunity to socialise with the other women and felt like we were all in the same boat which was really supportive. I felt challenged by the sessions and really enjoyed the interval training and the mixture of strongman and circuits with fun activities.
It is always different, always a challenge. Leigh is excellent, and really encourages us. But makes sure we are working hard. My only concern, is we don’t have a set room, due to other bookings at the gym.
Because it drives you to levels of effort that you (well, me anyway) would never achieve alone. Also, having a known appointment that you have to make otherwise you let people down helps to get you going.
Support gained from each other, pushes you to keep up with the others.
It works! motivational, competitive, fun and results oriented.
Did exactly what they promised at the beginning! Very helpful.
I loved the team element. We motivated each other and it’s great having people to talk to about what you are doing, share ideas for meals etc
Excellent trainer. Great nutritional advice. Nice motivational tools - emails, texts, videos, documents etc.
Working with a different partner each train session encouraging each other to do well.
It helped to keep me focussed on my training - too often as a gym member it is easy to say "I'll go tomorrow" but having a plan in place helps you to stick to it.
The training was gradual which favoured someone as unfit as myself.
Team training can push you to higher levels of fitness and performance; it encourages positive attitudes and other values that add to each others sense of accomplishment and success whilst working with a good group of like minded people.
Trainers were excellent & received support & encouragement from the rest of the team.
Brilliant mixture of fun and serious activities. Lots of banter between trainer and us.
Sense of team work and very motivational with everyone encouraging everyone else.
Interesting, educational and good fun. A good pair of trainers and a good group.
Great team (helped by the fact that everyone was so nice and i would now call them friends). Great trainers.
The trainer
If 9-10 why have they been so good? If 7-8 what would it take for them to become 9-10? If 6 or less, why?
An excellent motivator and made it great fun!
Know what they're on about! Keen, always a smile, always have time. Really motivate you.
They are all very good and a credit to your company, always there to cajole you when needed and to offer advice when it is needed.
I am very happy to say that the training was so good because of Andy's energy, planning of the sessions and the attention he paid to us all. From very early on in the course, Andy understood us and was able to see when we needed encouragement or assistance. He was then able to ensure we all got the most our of the courses whilst making them fun and varied.
Andy was a great trainer because he was very supportive but pushed me to work harder. Having the same trainer helped because they get to know you and what you're capable of. He came across as very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help when anyone in the group was struggling, particularly with the nutrition.
Explains things well makes the sessions different and fun, even thought we are working hard.
Both were passionate, involved and enthusiastic....they looked like they enjoyed inflicting the pain...not a job to them?!
Really pushed us, appropriate to fitness level, funny and encouraging.
We were constantly pushed to achieve desired results.
Enthusiasm, drive, humour. They managed to make a connection with everyone, and found a way to drive and motivate everyone. They demonstrated commitment and passion throughout.
Friendly, supportive, correct posture during session, answer all questions to do with diet or exercise.
Friendly, helpful, had time for you outside of the course!
Leigh was fantastic. Just the right balance between pushing us hard and being supportive. I liked his style is not too aggressive, it def made me work harder. Too aggressive would have put me off!
They know what they are doing, their organised and professional, and make the sessions fun!
Leigh has been brilliant. His advice has been spot on from nutrition to training. He has been empathetic to everyone's abilities. He pushes you to train hard but knows your limits and has plenty of time if you need additional advice.
Steve was very pleasant and encouraged each and everyone of us. Also not a bad word to say about any of the other guys.
The coaches were committed and dedicated, knowledgeable, motivational and very approachable. People respond brilliantly to an eager, hard working leader.
Always willing to listen and try his best to find a helpful answer to any question. Made you feel at ease in his company.
They made the workouts challenging yet enjoyable and really encouraged (pushed!) us to achieve our potential.
Andy and Tom were really approachable, worked us hard but kept it fun and allowed us to enjoy it.
